You're both in my prayers. I must thank you Steve. You have changed my life. If it weren't for L&M Guitar and now the Blues Spotlight Series, I would never played guitar. I started last Mar 13th and followed the program religiously. Then in November, bought the spotlight series for Blues guitar. I love to play. In my wildest dreams I never believed I could play, much less get up in front of someone. Now I can and I am having a great deal of fun with life again. Thanks for caring so much for people and sharing the gift of music God has bestowed on you with people like me. I'm eternally grateful and pray you and your wife share a long life together.
Regards,
Joe King

Hello all,
Well, it's been about 5 days since the surgery. All is well. She is recovering slowly but each day is a bit better from the last. Still on a good bit of pain medications. More doctors appointments tomorrow.
While not our ideal Valentine's Day yesterday, it was still great. Lots of love to share.
Here's a lighter scene from the last few days.
Let me just say, a trip to the ladies mastectomy boutique in the bottom of the hospital was quite an experience. We had to visit there right after we checked out of the hospital to get some very helpful things for Paulette. The ladies there were real life-savers in helping her. But I must admit, as a red-blooded male, that place was freaky on so many levels.
Had I not been so desperate and thankful for their help to my wife, it would have been really awkward.
From me and my lovely wife, thank you all for your support and encouragement. I look forward to getting back in the swing of things soon.
