Anyone else who has gone from a "live" teacher to the L&M sessions have the problem of not being able to focus on the difficult stuff without a human to answer questions?  I miss not playing songs and plucking away at the music reading lessons and finger exercises.   I understand why they are important, I just find them boring boring boring and they're sort of killing my motivation to play (is this all there is???)

Do any of you folks, scattered about the globe, actually get together and play or are we all a bunch of isolated notes in a sea of barre chords?
